Young People

We have been helping hundreds of young people every week since 1929 and local demographics evidence one of the highest levels of under 19's nationally at more than 31% of our population.

We believe in empowering young people to contribute and lead and we provide a range of opportunities for young people throughout the week.

We are delighted to have been awarded funding from The Jack Petchey Foundation to deliver our new youth project, V2020.

V2020 will provide an exciting menu across 7 areas of volunteering opportunities for Children and Young People developing:

Social Enterprise

Urban Allotment Growth

Social Media Influencers

Leadership Development

Catering and Hospitality Skills

Social Supermarket

Interactive Learning Matrix Room

Gaining skills, Contributing to Community and being Celebrated.
